As the market-leading air passenger rights portal, we represent consumers against airlines when it comes to flight problems such as delays, cancellations and denied boarding. We refer to the Air Passenger Rights Regulation 261/2004 (EC 261) and also go to court on behalf of passengers to enforce claims for compensation and ticket refunds.
