In accordance with the EU Passenger Rights Regulation, consumers are entitled to compensation between 250 and 600 € if a flight is delayed for more than three hours or cancelled with a less than 14 days notice. We make sure airlines respect that. In total, we have gotten more than 350 € million in compensations for our customers. Our offering is also referred to in the digital economy as "legal tech" or "justice as a service".
