We involve our exhibitors in our communication in three different areas: Online, print, and on-event.

Online: Exhibitors will be presented in the “Brand” section on our website from mid-October on.

Print: Every exhibitor will be listed in our floor plan and program booklet.

On-Event: You will have an opportunity to achieve extended visibility at the event through additional marketing add-ons, which can be individually booked. Detailed information can be found in our download area soon.

With stands starting at 8 sqm, we welcome you to share the stand with a co-exhibitor. For terms and conditions please download the file “Exhibitor Packages” within the download area.

Of course! During the registration process, we request that you inform us of any special deals or events you have planned. This is so we can share the information with visitors via our communications channels. Please get in touch if you have any questions about on-site sales.

We absolutely want exhibitors to be a part of the workshops and presentations.

Your booth has to have certain measurements if you want to host events since we all have to follow security and hygiene regulations. Our production team will let you know about the rules that apply.

We will let you know about the time you may start construction once we have set up our timetable in accordance with our security and hygiene measures.

No. There is an ongoing festival and stage program which would be disturbed. Exceptions are possible under certain circumstances.
