Suche nach Utopia

For four years they traveled over land, the mountains and the sea, hitchhiking, by boat, on foot, by bike or by public transport. In their backpacks they had everything they needed, and their motivation was to travel as environmentally friendly as possible in close contact with nature and people.

In the presentation Julia and Lisa are taking us on their journey in which they visited communities, indigenous resistance movements and ecovillages. The sisters wanted to learn what motivates people to explore alternatives to the capitalist system, which challenges they have to face and to what extent their ideas and dreams can give examples and inspiration for a better future.
