Gerhard has been sitting firmly in the saddle of his mountain bike for over twenty years. Besides cycling, the mountains are his second passion. The symbiosis of both leads him to places where often only mountaineers can be found: to the highest mountains on earth. Join him and his mountain bike in the thin air of the African mountain giants of Morocco, Kenya and Tanzania. In Pakistan, he sets out on the stony path to the “mountain of mountains”: K2 in the Karakorum.

Gerhard prefers to collect impressive moments rather than objects. Captured in breathtaking photographs, he shares them with his audience in an inspiring and humorous way.
