A total of eight 'National Natural Landscapes' form different habitats for rare animals. Nowhere in Germany sea eagles, ospreys, cranes and bitterns breed more than in the “Müritz National Park”. Amidst all the pure and protected nature lie idyllic villages, winding small towns and charming estates as well as castles.
The Mecklenburg Lake District is presenting itself with the Ruppin Lake District, the Barnimer Land and the North Brandenburg Water Tourism Initiative at the “Mecklenburg and Brandenburg Lake District” fair stand.
