Christo Foerster

Adventurer, book author and change expert
Christo is an adventurer, book author and expert on change. He is considered the founder of the microadventure movement in Germany. His bestseller "Mikroabenteuer" was awarded the German Selfpublishing Prize in 2018. Christo's main concern: To shift the focus from excuses and obstacles to possibilities. His motto: Get out and do it! In his podcast "Frei raus," the father of two shares concrete ideas and stories, talks to a wide variety of people about their small and big adventures, and always tries to find answers to the question of how we can get more freedom in our lives. Christo is 43 years old, lives in Hamburg and is - fun fact - actually named after the artist who wrapped the Reichstag in Berlin.
