London, Tokyo, Berlin - after 20 years in the big city, Uleshka is now interested in Brandenburg. Trained in visual communication, Uleshka became known in Tokyo for writing about design and for new presentation formats like Pecha Kucha. Since 2009 she has been in Berlin, where she teaches creative processes (including Design Thinking) at various universities, start-ups and larger companies and supports them to discover solutions playfully. She helps to communicate projects: from purpose to positioning to presentations.

Since 2019, she has been a member of the network Zukunftsorte, which connects creative living and working projects in Brandenburg, builds up a knowledge base, invites to meetups and is also politically active so that more innovative impulse locations can be created.
