A large part of her life, Katia has lived in India and learned first hand from different healers, yoga teachers and Ayurvedic doctors. During a nine month round trip through India, she experienced an intensive transformation and experienced the feeling of true self-love.
The experiences, encounters and various courses of study, from psychology to communication design to alternative practitioner (exam pending), led her to develop the "opportYOUnity" program. Here she uses individually adapted yoga sequences with flowing, consciously executed yoga positions and visual chakra meditations. This is complemented by specific impulses for self-reflection.
Through these individually combined exercises, she has already been able to help numerous people with their stress symptoms, sleep disorders or pain problems and helps them to lead a happier and healthier life.
