Holger Raschke

Tour Guide
In the 1980s, Holger was able to look into West Berlin from his kitchen window of his prefabricated building, because he grew up a stone's throw away from the Berlin Wall. Potsdam, the city were he lived in, had another special feature: extensive and beautiful park landscapes, pompous and feudal castles, as well as a massive presence of the Soviet army during the Cold War.

Today he offers city tours and trips with the Soviet retro bus "Buchanka" through Potsdam focused on the turbulent 21st century. A world between restricted areas, espionage and the Berlin Wall, in the shadow of the UNESCO World Heritage Site.
