Dr. Sebastian Reddeker
CEO, Destination Marketing Luxembourg for Tourism
Sebastian Reddeker was born in Hövelhof in the eastern Westphalian district of Paderborn and has lived in Trier since 2007. After studying Romance languages, media studies and economics in Paderborn and Le Mans (F), he completed his doctorate at the University of Luxembourg on advertising communication in a multicultural environment.
From mid-2011 to early 2018, he worked at the Luxembourg trade association clc, first as project manager for the Luxembourg, Greater Region Trade Pole program, and later as division manager Cities & Commerce within the government-supported Pact PRO Commerce. Focus topics were country marketing, destination/nation branding, digitalization, consumer behavior, urban development and intercultural communication.
From 2018, Sebastian Reddeker initially worked as Content & Innovation Manager at Luxembourg for Tourism (LFT), Luxembourg's national agency for tourism country marketing, before officially taking over its management in October of the same year.
